There is no stores and shops near the crag so you should bring your lunch and drinks for the day.
Accommodation
There is a camping site that is already closed(Oku Hyugami camp site) but there are one still open (green pal Hyugami) but you need to drive to come to crag.

According to the site, 8 people can sleep in a cottage for 16,740 yen(2100 yen per person) or free camp site is 3024 yen per night.
Climbers usually just camp under the tunnel in tunnel area. But if you appreciate the convenience of electricity and water supply, clean toilet and roof over the head, it is worth paying.
